Long terms Vehicle rental for enterprises:
1. Please inform us your preferred Vehicle model, rent time and Receiving place, relevant personal information are required when the first time renting.
2. Receive the vehicle you reserved at appointed shop, our representatives will help you to complete the whole procedure.
3. Demonstrating required certificates to start the procedure, then make payment of rent and deposit, afterwards our representatives will offer you one set of “vehicle rent contract” for your signing, together with an additional agreement.
4. Our representative will accompany you to check the vehicle, marks the vehicle condition and all accessory on a “Vehicle Receiving List”, after reading this file carefully, please signing to complete the rent procedure.
5. You are required to driving safely, in case of any vehicle malfunction or accident, please contact us immediately, we’ll dispatch professionals to repair or change the car.
6. When the rent contract expired, please return the vehicle to where you receiving, and you are kindly required to check the vehicle with our representative, to check whether the vehicle has been scratched and make sure all accessories have been returned together with the vehicle . After joint checking, please sign another “Vehicle Receiving List”. Then our representatives will present a bill for your confirmation, after that you’ll get your deposit and relative files.
